In the confirmation email of your order, you will find a number at the top with a #DECO in front. This is your personal order number, with which you can track your order on this page.
THE TRACK AND TRACE CODE PROVIDES NO INFORMATION, WHAT COULD BE THE REASON?
Make sure you enter your order number correctly, e.g. '#DECO9492'.
